Our Jobs

Guest Services: The ultimate variety job! While rotating primarily through our kids program, dining room and housekeeping department on a shift-to-shift basis, our guest services crew also has the opportunity to help out in other areas based on skill set and interest, including the gift shop, leading hikes, transporting guests to and from the airport, and helping our grounds crew. 3 - 6 month positions available.

Wrangler: Responsible for leading guests of all abilities on trail rides, providing instruction, caring for the herd and general ranch chores. Western riding experience is a must, as well as knowledge of Western tack and all levels of horse safety measures while riding or on ground. Applicants must provide a short video clearly demonstrating their riding ability if they are unable to do a live riding interview. 3 - 6 month positions available.

 

Dining Room Manager: Responsible for managing Guest Services staff in serving guest and staff meals, communicating guest needs to the kitchen staff, and organizing and maintaining the guest and staff dining rooms. Must be available to work our full season.

Dining Room Assistant Manager: Works directly with the Dining Room Manager to manage and direct Guest Services staff in serving guest and staff meals, communicate guest needs to the kitchen staff, and to organize and maintain the guest and staff dining rooms. Must be available to work our full season.

Sous Chef:  This position will assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including the preparation of hot and cold foods for banquet-style meals, receiving food orders, maintaining the highest in food and sanitation standards, and running the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence. Must be available to work our full season.

Cook:  Responsible for the preparation of hot and cold foods for banquet-style meals, receiving of food orders, and maintaining the highest in food and sanitation standards. 6 and 4 1/2 month positions available.

Prep Cook: Responsible for the preparation of ingredients and assistance with the cooking of staff and guest meals, with a tremendous opportunity for growth under an executive chef who fosters an environment of teamwork and learning. 3 - 4 month positions available.

 

Kids Program Assistant Manager This position will work directly with the Kids Program Director to provide our younger guests with the vacation experience of a lifetime. Must have a deep love of water balloons, fairy princesses and battles with trolls and/or aliens. Must be available to work at least our 3 month summer season.

Teen Program / Guest Services: This position will work directly with the Kids Program Director to engage and entertain our teen guests, ages 13+. Must be 21 or older with a clean driving record (must operate a 15 passenger van). Will rotate between various departments much like the guest services team. Must be available to work at least our 3 month summer season

 

Golf Groundskeeper: Will perform a diverse range of duties involved in golf course maintenance and construction, including semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work, on our 9 hole golf course. 3 - 4 month positions available.

Assistant Basecamp & Challenge Course Manager: Assists the manager with operation and oversight of the Basecamp property and the challenge course. Delivers experiential education and adventure activities for non-profit groups and ranch guests. Ability to perform maintenance duties on property preferred, but will supplement hours in other areas if needed. Challenge course training provided, but related experience and course certification a huge plus.

Employees must be available to work our entire summer season, which runs June 4th - August 27th. However, we are always looking for spring help beginning around May 1st, and fall help as late as November 1st.
